Common questions
How do I take the after photo so it lines up?
Open the job, tap the shot, and take the after photo. Switch between Lines and Photo. Lines shows a drawing of the before with your tapped landmarks highlighted; Photo shows a see-through copy. Move your phone until it matches, then tap the shutter.
How do I share a before and after?
On the job, tap Share. Pick a layout and a size. Then save it to Photos, or share it to Facebook, Instagram, your Google Business Profile, or a text to your customer.
How do I put my logo on my pictures?
Your logo is part of Pro. Open Settings, tap Your logo, and pick it from your photos. It goes on every before and after you share. You can also choose no mark at all.
I lost a photo. Can I get it back?
Your photos and jobs stay on your iPhone. There is no account and no copy on our servers, so if the phone is lost or wiped, the app's photos go with it. Save pictures to Photos, or use Share the whole job to keep a copy of the photos and details outside the app. Your backup settings determine whether that copy is backed up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
When is Android coming?
Not yet. AlignBefore is iPhone only for now. Email [email protected] if you want to hear about it.
